Rhapsodie de fruits
Literally one of the most satisfying jams I've ever tasted. My cousins in Ashford run through St. Dalfour's jars so quickly. I find the texture, pieces of real fruit, and amount of sweetness create a pleasing combination. I love the four fruits variety on toast and usually put a tiny spoonful on my mother's buttery lemon cookies. My tummy is smiling just thinkin' about it.
I am your average Food Network loving, Bon Appetit reading, Martha Stewart idolizing foodie. I write to keep track of all my cooking disasters and successes, dining experiences, and travel adventures- which always end up being culinary tours. Many of my entries are for the members of The Happy Club, a group I created among friends dedicated to dining well and spending less by taking advantage of Happy Hour specials in Austin. Below you will also find a few entries describing my trip abroad to Vienna, the U.K., and the Netherlands in 2007 and regarding my study abroad experience in Paris at ESCP Europe in 2009.
